Eyebrows are completely in fashion right now. That may sound a bit strange; they were always there - making a statement on your face. But now, more than ever - groomed, perfect shaped eyebrows are bang on trend and it seems the bigger and stronger the better!
But it's hard to get your eyebrows perfect, especially when they don't naturally arch the way you want them to, and our DIY plucking and the occasional wax doesn't necessarily work the wonders you're hoping for. Eyebrows frame our face but over-plucked, untamed or wild brows aren't a great look and can completely upset the balance of our facial features.

It's no secret I'm a fan of Rockstar Tan (you might remember my blog post last year on the gorgeous stuff! Click Here) and it's coming to that time of year again that I'm dying to get into my flat pre-summer shoes and looking for any excuse to leave my jacket at home. So it also means I have less excuses to have my pale milk-bottle arms and legs hidden under my winter wardrobe.
So as we all prepare for the next step in our wardrobes for Spring/Summer 2012, Rockstar Tan have decided to help us along a little and have pandered to our poor little beauty budgets by lowering their prices. Yup, that's right, they've reduced their price tags to make them more accessible and more affordable. How nice!

Since the beginning of this month, the award winning Irish tanning brand have lowered their prices across their wide range of products, meaning that the recent 2% VAT increase will not affect the price of the natural, organic tanning products.

Spring is - dare I say it - in the air and with the glimmer of good weather finally on the horizon, however faint it may be, I can't help but get my hopes up for the impending happy season ahead.
Winter can be harsh on your skin, and despite the fact it wasn't the toughest season we've ever encountered, our poor skin was still victim to the extreme temperatures that come with it. The winter can wreak havoc on our skin causing dryness, chapping, windburn and more and I think it's safe to say we're all in need of some serious TLC.

So what better way to treat yourself for surviving another Irish winter than to take a trip to Rouge beauty salon in Ranelagh, where they are offering a very special salon experience, exclusively for OnOffer beauty blog readers.

For anyone who is a fan of fluttering their luscious lashes, and it's their false ones I'm talking about, then you'll be delighted to hear that Eylure, the eyelash extraordinaire, are spoiling us with yet another lash icon and this time it's none other than pop diva, Ms. Katy Perry.
For those who saw her strutting her stuff along the O2 stage in Dublin last year, and yes I was there front row (try third from the back), you'll know that Hello Kitty fan Katy didn't play shy when it came to her fashion and make-up. Her envy-inducing sparkly outfits, multi-coloured locks and bright, colourful eye shadows were outworn by the volume of her amazing eyelashes! And now, we have the chance to add some Perry flavour to our make-up bags too!

No year is new without the trusty tradition of making resolutions (and occasionally sticking to them - at least for a little while). And following the festive season and all the calorie-coated treats it brought with it, detoxing and losing ‘a few pounds' seems to be top of most resolution lists.
So to help kick-start the New Year and to help gear you up to take on 2012, Tesco has just launched its exclusive Kelly Holmes Fitness Range and is already offering some great savings!
The double Olympic Gold winner has collaborated with Tesco to design a range of quality sports clothing and equipment which includes exercise essentials perfect for those keen to bypass the gym membership and work out at home.
The equipment range includes the popular Kelly Holmes Weighted Gym Ball now just €13.33 (normally €20) and the Kelly Holmes Exercise Mat, €14.67 (normally €22). The versatile Kelly Holmes Adjustable Kettle Bell now just €23.33 (normally €35) will provide you with a total body workout and for those hoping to achieve that ‘washboard stomach', the Kelly Holmes Balance Board at just €18.33 (normally €27.50) is another workout essential.

The fitness range also includes some stylish workout wardrobe stables with sport tips at just €16.50 each and yoga-wear from just €18.50.

Promotional prices are available until January 24th, 2012 and are available from selected Tesco stores nationwide. For details on your nearest Tesco store and to check availability log onto www.tesco.ie

As one of TV3's most popular presenters, Anna Daly is one of the most well-recognised and much-loved personalities on Irish TV. Despite her regular 5am starts for Ireland AM, and her most recent adventure into motherhood, Anna still finds the time to always look her best. So I couldn't help but jump at the chance to catch up with the gorgeous and bubbly new mum (congratulations btw!), and find out all about her favourite beauty secrets!

Yup, you read that right. The recent discovery of the benefits of upping your salt intake and inhaling (while being immersed in the atmosphere) of newly designed ‘salt caves' is actually good for your health and is now a hugely popular treatment with new salt ‘caves' popping up around the world.
These caves are actually a new form of climatherapy for people who suffer with respiratory problems and the first one in Ireland was set up in Maynooth just over two years ago. The cave is said to recreate the conditions of a salt mine and medical studies have revealed they are extremely beneficial for anyone suffering with asthma, bronchitis, and pneumonia or for anyone who has sniffed or sneezed their way through this past summer with hay fever.

We all love a good oul' excuse to get dressed up and head out for a day with the girls, and what better way to take advantage of this excuse than the annual event that's quickly becoming a tradition - the Ultimate Girls Day Out at the RDS.
Taking place from the 26th - 28th August 2011, the fourth year of the fashion and beauty extravaganza will be back once again, full of beauty bargains and free fashion advice and secrets and I am certainly hoping to take part in the weekend!

There's nothing quite like an escape to a spa to treat yourself and your body to a little summer ‘me' time and despite the fact that we're all keeping our pennies safe down deep in our pockets, it doesn't have to be an overly expensive pampering trip. This year was the third year for the Irish Tatler Spa Awards, which highlighted some of the best spa destinations in the country including the best therapist, treatments, style and service. So I thought I'd take a peek at what the best offers were at some of the winning spas and find out how we can indulge ourselves without breaking the bank!

The average Irish woman carries over €300 worth of make up products around in her handbag every day, according to a study carried out by Debenhams earlier this year, so it makes sense that you use the right tools to get the most of the products you spend such a fortune on, right?
I’ve tried everything over the years since I discovered the wonders of make-up, I’ve dabbled in finger painting my face and tried sponging foundation on to my nose too, but have come to the realisation that your make-up tools are what either make or break your look. You can spend all the money in the world on your favourite and expensive brands of make-up but at the end of the day (or the beginning of it, I should say!), if you don’t apply it right, it won’t look the way it should. Knowing what brushes to buy is now equally as important as buying the right shade of foundation.

Special Offer on Shellac Toes at NuEssence
I'm aware that I'm a little late hopping on the Shellac train with my first ever experience getting my toes treated only last week, but since any file and paint I treat my nails to tends to last approximately three days (and that's if I'm extremely careful), the thought of a three-week chip free colour sounded like too good an opportunity to miss.

With the royal wedding approaching fast, not a day goes by without someone somewhere writing about Kate Middleton but although I'll admit I'm a tad jealous that she gets to officially call herself a Princess (and a real one at that), I'm more envious of her hair than her tiara, if that's possible!
