There's nothing quite like an escape to a spa to treat yourself and your body to a little summer ‘me' time and despite the fact that we're all keeping our pennies safe down deep in our pockets, it doesn't have to be an overly expensive pampering trip.This year was the third year for the Irish Tatler Spa Awards, which highlighted some of the best spa destinations in the country including the best therapist, treatments, style and service. It was Friday evening and the pouring rain could not dampen my appetite. I'd read and heard alot about Darwins' Restaurant on Aungier Street, yet strangely I had never been. On family outings, I'd always tended to go for Chinese, Indian, or Thai. I'd gone to a steakhouse in Swords recently and left unimpressed, but from what I had heard and read, I headed off in a taxi feeling very optimistic about what could lie ahead.
